Shipping & Returns
We sell through marketplaces, so returns go through the marketplace where you bought. If something arrives broken or wrong, tell us and we'll make it right.
Where orders ship from
Orders are packed and shipped from our production partner in Carson City, Nevada, to addresses in the United States. We don't ship internationally at this time.
How long shipping takes
- Orders usually leave within 1 to 2 business days.
- Most packages arrive 2 to 5 business days after they ship.
- You'll get tracking through the marketplace once your order ships.
Shipping cost depends on the marketplace and listing. Our Etsy shop ships free within the US. Some orders are fulfilled directly by Walmart or Amazon and follow their delivery times.
Returns
Start your return on the marketplace where you placed the order. Each one has its own return window and process:

Return windows, return shipping costs and refund timing follow that marketplace's policy and the details on your listing.
Wrong size?
The ring should sit hidden under the pot. Measure the flat base of your pot, not the rim, and pick the ring just smaller than that. Our size finder does the math. If you ordered the wrong size, start a return on the marketplace and order the size you need.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Tell us within 30 days of delivery. Send a message through the marketplace, or email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund. You won't pay to send back something we got wrong.
