Privacy Policy
Short version: this website doesn't ask you for anything and doesn't track you. When you buy one of our products through a marketplace, we get only what we need to ship it, use it only for that, and delete it within 30 days of shipping.
Who we are
Advanced Material Georgia LLC ("AMGA," "we," "us") is a product design and manufacturing company based in Evans, Georgia. This policy covers advancedmaterialgeorgia.com and the orders we fulfill for our products, including HomeHalo™, sold through online marketplaces. We operate in the United States only.
What this website collects
- No accounts, forms or newsletters. There's nothing on this site to sign up for or fill in.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. We don't use analytics, ad pixels or tracking scripts.
- Server logs. Our web host, IONOS, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and secure the site. We don't use these logs to identify you.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the font files download. Google's own privacy policy covers that.
- Links out. Links to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Walmart, Etsy, Amazon and others take you to their sites, which have their own privacy policies.
When you buy from us on a marketplace
If you order an AMGA product on Walmart, Amazon, Etsy, Temu, eBay or another marketplace, that marketplace shares the details we need to fill your order: your name, shipping address, the items ordered and order status. We may also see messages you send us through the marketplace.
- What we use it for: packing, shipping, tracking, returns and answering your questions about that order. Nothing else.
- We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for marketing.
- Payment details stay with the marketplace. We never see your card number.
Who else sees it
- Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your package.
- Our production and fulfillment partner in Carson City, Nevada, packs and ships orders and sees the same shipping details.
- Anthropic (Claude) is an AI service we use to help manage orders and listings. Order details may pass through it while we work.
- Authorities, only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We delete buyer names and shipping addresses from our files within 30 days of shipping. We don't keep shipping labels that show buyer information. Order records the marketplace holds stay under that marketplace's policy. We may keep order numbers and amounts, without your name or address, for our tax and accounting records.
How we protect it
Marketplace data is handled on our own office computer. Only AMGA's two owners hold the access keys to our marketplace accounts, and we review our access logs every month. If we ever discover a breach that affects your information, we'll notify the affected marketplace within 24 hours and follow the notice rules that apply to us.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below, and include your order number if it's about an order. We'll answer within 30 days.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
